I am really disappointed from the order as the size on the website is 10-14 I received size 10-11 and found that sizes is till 14-15, then I called the hotline and asked to change the size the call center told me that I’ll receive the proper size. The n I received a call from the shipping man that he will come to take the item and give me. Back the money without any details when I’ll receive the Isdal.
I called the hotline that stated that the size on the website is not right and that there wasn’t size 14 although the Isdal has our kids ticket that is written o. It the sizes and there was size 14-15, and till now that mask is on the websit with the same problem of sizes.
The only good thing that I was refunded maybe within two days.
